The KART Instructor Course is not just a teaching training — it is a complete expert preparation system for those ready to train specialists, build a personal brand, and establish their own educational direction in the podology & beauty industry.
The course curriculum combines a deep theoretical foundation, practical work, teaching methodology, marketing, and guidance at every stage. You will not only master the KART methodology and learn to pass on knowledge to other specialists, but also gain the tools to launch your own training programs, promote yourself as an expert, and attract students.
Throughout the course, participants work not only with leading KART specialists, but also with invited experts in marketing, public speaking, sanitation regulations, law, and accounting. This approach helps future instructors go beyond mastering the methodology — they learn to present confidently, structure effective training, promote their courses, and develop their professional activities.
The course is designed to guide you step by step from inner confidence and a deep understanding of the methodology to running your own seminars, building a strong personal brand, and growing a professional community around you.

Includes three stages of training
Before the main training begins, participants complete a pre-training stage that helps them prepare for the instructor course and immerse themselves in the KART system. At this stage, participants are added to a group chat with mentors and fellow students for communication, support, and interaction.
This stage also includes a review and consolidation of the MASTER and EXPERT KART course materials, as well as the home care marketing and sales course. Participants receive a learning roadmap and become familiar with the course structure, schedule, and assessment system. A dedicated block focuses on the KART instructor mindset. Together with Alena Staroshchuk, participants work through fears, impostor syndrome, internal barriers, and tools for overcoming self-doubt, and develop a strategy for their first steps as an instructor. Following the "KART Instructor Mindset" webinar, participants engage in independent work on mindset and self-confidence.
The course includes supplementary training modules delivered by invited experts, helping participants not only become strong educators but also build a complete professional practice as a KART instructor. The marketing module covers personal brand promotion, student acquisition, social media strategy, content creation, and effective advertising for training programs. Special attention is given to course sales, audience engagement, and building expert credibility.
The public speaking module helps participants develop confident information delivery, public speaking skills, and audience communication. Participants learn to hold students' attention, present material clearly, and feel at ease during both live and online training sessions.
The sanitation regulations module covers workspace organization requirements, hygiene standards, procedural safety, and proper preparation of the treatment room and instruments for training. The legal module helps participants navigate business registration, training delivery, documentation, certificates, and protecting their professional interests.
The accounting module covers basic financial matters: managing calculations, planning expenses, setting training prices, and organizing the financial side of your professional activity.
